In July 2013 Joe Dubisar of Custom & Specialized Installation build a custom bookshelf for my home. During the installation he hit a drainage pipe instead of the stud. When we discovered the problem a year later, my wall, carpet and bookshelf was completely destroyed. His insurance would not pay the complete amount to fix it and though we asked nicely for Joe to make it right, he refused. Mr. Dubisar made NO effort to make right on his 7,000$ mistake. We were left holding the bag for over 4,000$ of it. This man's work may be nice, be he lacks the character and integrity anyone should look for in a builder. BEWARE! If he makes a mistake, you are on your own. If you don't believe me, I can provide pictures and third party proof from our adjuster and attorney. Please email inquiries to [email protected]
