We had a pergola installed and there was lack of communication, didn’t know when they were coming, didn’t realize all the parts were not received and then they were not here and didn’t come back. Texted the owner and he stated they needed parts and there was nothing more his team could do. He sent the balance due the next day even though the job was not finished and the fact he said there wasn’t anything more he could do. The owner never came out to inspect the job so we had to rely on the business where we purchased the pergola to communicate with Custom Peaks owner. Terrible business practices and he still demands full payment even though legally he voided the agreement.
