If there were less stars I would pick that. Let's start with the owners less than friendly attitude when first meeting him for our custom build and $53,000 worth of plumbing. He was so rude the builder actually found me and apologized. He never gave eye contact and ignored my husband and I when we would come to the job site. Next to his terrible work. Every water line is about 8 inches from the back of the toilet. It is the first thing you see when you walk in to any of the bathrooms. It is necessary to keep a trash can in an awkward place to cover it up. They plumbed out all of the sinks too low. They never looked at the plans or the heights of the cabinets that were clearly written on the plans. For that reason, they cut into the base of many custom cabinets to fit the pipes under the sink. Basically ruining the drawers below and making an eye sore on top of it. He made no apologies nor any attempts to repair or rectify the situation. I was told they cut through cabinets all the time. YOU SHOULDN'T. IT IS A CUSTOM HOME AND YOU ARE CUSTOM PLUMBING! DO NOT USE THEM
