Experience with this Cutting Edge Construction (brothers Doug & Jeremy Terrill) was TERRIBLE.
We hired them to remodel our bathroom to be walker-friendly, in oak. Doug told us BEFORE we hired him that he could put in a trough sink. Instead, he put in a vanity so large that it blocks entry. When I told Doug that the vanity was wrong, it was too big, he told me,
"Just keep it the way we did it & if you don't like it, you can remodel again later."
We told them we wanted solid oak. Instead they used oak veneer.
Also, Doug told me they did not have enough insulation to do the bathroom so they only insulated part of it. What the heck, our bid included insulation for the bathroom & kitchen.
I do NOT recommend Cutting Edge Construction. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Too much money to end up NOT GETTING what we hired them to do.
Our home now has ZERO bathrooms that our niece is able to access.
