    Definitely not recommended

    Definitely not!
    Worst experience in my life this contractor lien my property without my consent. Everyday I find something wrong at my garage (20x12) and you won't get in discussion otherwise he react out of control I'm very disappointed spend $20,000 dollars for a garage and still cleaning all this duty job.
