    Concrete patio
    $7,000

Horrible! Concrete patio slopes to close to house. Not leveled. Concrete lines botched and two deep. Unleveled concrete patio. Ugliest patio ever. Will be demolishing the patio and will be hiring a respectable 5 star company! Don’t hire.

Concrete steps in the front of our house in February 2018.

BEWARE of CWC, LLC and contractor Joshua Cain. He does NOT stand behind his work! In February of 2018 he poured concrete steps in front of our house assuring us that the temperature/weather was not a problem as additives would be in the cement mixture to prevent any problem should the temperature drop below freezing. The temperature did drop and when we contacted Josh about covering the new steps over the freeze, he said that it was not necessary. Two months later in April of 2018 we noticed that the steps had BIG splotchy white spots like someone had spilled white paint all down the length of them in the FRONT of our house. Josh said to give them more time to “cure”. Finally in October of 2018 Josh came to inspect the steps that had not changed in appearance and immediately said that they needed to be replaced because they had not cured properly and would start to crumble. He admitted that his concrete supplier had been having trouble with an employee (since fired) who was improperly mixing the concrete. At the time of our pour Josh said that he knew something was wrong but went ahead anyway rather than refusing the load and waiting for a good batch. He said he would re-do the hideous, unstable steps this June but has NOT made any effort to do so. In fact he has been extremely hard to reach and it appears that he has no intention of correcting HIS mistakes which have cost US a lot of money. This is NOT someone you would want to hire for this kind of expensive work!
