Very poor work not very good workers! Would not recommend they did my house and left alot of gaps and cabinets look horrible.

We did not choose this business to build our cabinets, but we had a house built and this is the company that built our cabinets.
First off, the sample stain we looked at, which was grey, did NOT match on cabinets we got in our house (blackish/brown). Some of our cabinets are chipping and the stain is coming off in certain areas. We take very good care of our things and they are barely a year old. I don't think they should need fixing already.
We called the Owner, Dennis, to have them fixed. He cancelled (last minute) 2 different appointments, after we scheduled someone to be at the house when he was suppose to show up, and didn't. Sent me a text and reminded me to reschedule and his hours were 7-4. He was not accommodating or flexible to meet us after work, even after he didn't show up for his appointments. When I called him out on it, via phone, he said he would call the Builders SUP to arrange for him to look at the cabinets and fix them as necessary. He called me back and said he talked to the Builder's supervisor. When the Builder's SUP came the next day, the SUP knew nothing about looking at the cabinets. My husband called Dennis the next day and Dennis admitted to LYING about it. AWFUL !!!!
He's not licensed in Idaho based on my research from Idaho Division Building Safety and he's a liar. Not showing up to your appointments, poor quality cabinets and lying directly to customers is the worst, possible customer service ever!!! He will not be in business long...
