Ordered custom kitchen cabinets, dishwasher panel, and refrigerator panels in 2019. Cabinets were installed in 2019. Never received dishwasher panel or refrigerator panel even though I paid for it. Like the other review, my maple cabinets are chipping in weird places. I was promised touch up paint. never received it. Two of my sliding cabinet doors are not latched in so are useless. I went to the business in person and met with Jacob, the owner and he told me he has to “talk to some people” to see when he can get my panels made… whatever that means. I contacted him multiple times and even sent him my signed schematic with the agreement to do the panels. He has ignored all contact. It’s the middle of 2022 and my kitchen is still missing the panels. Very unprofessional and clearly not willing to stand by his agreement.
