Although we had a hard time scheduling, the plumbers were very professional and up front about the cost of repair of our toilet/drain. They fixed the problem and I would definitely use them again. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to some of the other overpriced servicers. We highly recommend them.

The company came in and rodded and video taped a broken pipe. They did not put a bucket under the cleanout, so additional raw sewage dumped onto my floor in the utility room. They used my plunger and toilet brush to plunge my toilet and tub. When they were done, they threw their dirty gloves on the floor along with my plunger and toilet brush. They left tree roots all over my walls, furnace and washer/dryer along with fecal matter. This is a preferred vendor for Prairie Shores management. Avoid them like the plague.
