D N Burford built my home on Sprow Ranch Ln and it has been a complete nightmare to deal with them. They will not own warranty issues or their mistakes. I would encourage anyone to avoid as much as possible. They will look you in the eye and tell you they're going to fix it and then avoid your communications. I am currently in the process of going through the BBB and also getting legal representation.
