Do NOT use this company. They were the lowest bid, we signed the contract, handed over 35k and then nothing happened unless you counted all the excuses why they couldn't do the project. Nothing but blaming other people and delays. Found out they underbid the project and waited us out until we just cancelled. Very unprofessional and no communication. We had to call them and leave messages that were returned half the time. Don't hand over any money until the lumber is delivered and have a back up company for when the fail you too. We are now at square one after waiting 6 months.
