Fantastic!! I have struggled to get my home repaired from the freeze/flood last February. Multiple problems and multiple difficulties with contractors who didn't show! D5 Operational Manager Jeremy was quick to answer, listened to my woes, came to my home the next week following the call, evaluated and told me what he determined the problems to be. So polite, friendly and succinct. Dealt with my insurance company for details on damages covered etc. I just could not believe how quick and efficient he was. If ever I need more help -- he is the only company I will call! I am very happy with the way I was treated.
