Mr. Thomas Dadds and his brother Russell Dadds sold house under Eastner Custom Builders and built them under Dadds Dream Homes, which is against the law, and refused to do correct repairs on the homes built in Caroline County. They also have had their license suspended for this, and have conducted bussiness under serveral different names. Check with Maryland Attorney General Office.

I am new to the Dover, DE area, and purchased a 1988 townhome which was badly in need of new windows and cedar siding. Since I am a newcomer, I was terrified of picking a contractor...Tommy Dadds was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I am SO GLAD that I contacted him. He came to my home, gave me a estimate, and discussed my options. He suggested that I use Hardie Plank instead of cedar siding because of the low maintenance factor, and to keep the carpenter bees away. He suggested Andersen windows (high quality) and patiently answered any questions that I had. My father was there through the whole process (I wanted his input as he has had alot of work done on his home over the years) and he said this was the best contractor experience he had ever had, bar none. Tommy worked on my home most days with his father and another gentleman. I can't tell you how glad I am that I had Tommy do the work. His knowledge of carpentry and detail custom work (actually, anything that has to do with building a home) was amazing. He always stayed in touch to let me know when he would be there, used quality materials on my house - and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. My home looks FANTASTIC. I can't wait to save up more money so he can build a deck for me! Without hesitation I would recommend Richard Dadds construction. Rebecca V.
