    You must be proud of yourself Dale scamming a 78 year old widow with a sick dog out of $1000. I cancelled the work within one day which is my right according to ca law. Trust me we will be going to court. I have already talked to an attorney neighbor of mine.

    Air Conditioner Installation (Mini-Split System)

    Dale has done good work for us in the past. However, he installed a "mini split" system for us 2 years ago. We recently uncovered the system to use for this summer. We found that there was no coolant in the system and when we had it checked, we were told that the installation was problematic. We have attempted to contact Dale numerous times to address this, but he has not responded to calls or emails. We can not even submit for warranty service because he has not even responded with the name of the HVAC professional that installed the system with him. So repairs will be out of pocket. Very unfortunate situation! I would have expected Dale to stand behind his work!
