He subcontracted a roofer who did bad work according to our home inspector. Roof had to be replaced. Never paid us back. Nestor Peralta was the roofer. The old asbestos was thrown from the roof into our garden at nighttime. We are still picking it up. The roof leaked causing more damage. Framing work was not up to code. He quit the job & left with the money. He caused significant damage to our rebuild from Hurricane Ida. We are still not in our home. He is inexperienced and lacks an ethical compass. We are in an endless lawsuit costing us a lot of money.
