My experience working with Dan has been excellent. He built my modern home better than I could ever dreamed off. During the process he was flexible and always accommodated my request for last minute changes. He definitely is a man of his word and I do not know how anyone could portrait him in any other way.
I would recommend working with him to anyone in a heartbeat -

While Dan might build a unique home, he is not a man who stands by his word. If he states that he will fix or repair one of his mistakes, he is not a manof his word. You would be better off to drag him to court to get repairs completed. We had a punch list on a new home purchase, but he never got around to fixing the list of items.
