  Patio Cover

  My husband and I were super excited to get our patio covered install. On July 26, 2020, Derwin Daniels sent a two-man team out to make that happen. Upon initially talking with Mr. Derain, we asked that a ceiling fan be installed as well. Mr. Derwin shared with us to purchase the fan and that they would install it. However, when his team arrived, they immediately shared with us they did not install ceiling fans. The overall price for the work was reduced slightly. We moved passed that issue. Upon completion, we were told the work was guaranteed. It rained the very next day. Our patio leaked. We phoned and text Derwin. He assured us he was sending someone out by the end of the week. That was on July 27 at 5:05 p.m. I sent him pictures. It has rained on numerous occasions since then and our patio is leaking in several spots, and today is August 26, 2020. In addition, we were under the impression Mr. Derwin was operating out of Mississippi, he subcontracted with someone out of Louisiana to install our patio and did not disclose that information to us. We found that out only when the guy (Greg) was here installing the patio cover. Had he shared this information with us upfront, we would have made other decisions. One of his reasons for not fixing our leak, is that when Greg (the guy he subcontracted with) get closer he will send him our way. We also found out today, August 26, 2020, from Greg that his charge was reduced because Derwin would be responsible for any leaks. If you are like my husband and I, we work hard, like nice things, and when we invest in anything with our hard earn money, we expect it to be done in excellence. I am extremely hurt and disappointed with the way Derwin has handled this situation. I also don’t want anyone else to go through this. I am notifying an attorney and also the Attorney General Office of Mississippi. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone. This is our personal experience and it is not how we do business.

  AAA Aluminum Enclosures. DO NOT use this company, or any company associated with Derwin Daniels. He is a liar and a cheat. Been doing this a long time according to my lawyer. Wished I had investigated more before having his company do any work for me. First rain my patio cover leaked, and I immediately let him know. He has texted me several times that he has me on his work list, but no-one ever comes to make repair. 4 weeks and still leaking. My lawyer has this now

  Deck-patio rebuild

  We hired AAA Aluminum Enclosures to tear down a deck and porch, rebuild them new and add an aluminum screened enclosure on the porch. He DID own the company at the time. When the work was complete, we were extremely mad. When we contacted him, we were told that he had another guy running that business not him. Then was told he was no longer the owner. According to the licensing board of Louisiana, he DID own it. He operates under a few different company names and addresses. Make sure to check into his license and really check into his history. He also operates in Mississippi.
