I did not want to give this contractor 3 stars indicating a good rating ,but I didn't feel they deserved a poor rating because they tried in most areas. At best they are average and could be good with considerable tweaking. My biggest visible complaints are the horrible paint job (writing on the sheetrock showed up on the surface after I took a shower) and the grouting and caulking which separated from the tile and the tub. They also did not protect the finish on my tub resulting in damage to the finish in some spots. Additionally, I never knew when they would show up for work and had to constantly contact the contractor to see if and when anyone would be working on my project. While 50 percent payment was required upfront products were not ordered until the last minute. If you use this contractor insist on a breakdown of labor and materials and ensure any changes to the original contract are in writing. I purchased my tub, main lighting fixture shower/faucet and trim. I also selected my own tile. The items selected by the contractor were extremely cheap so beware of this as well.replace the toilet seat immediately as I spent a considerable amount on this project and was given the cheapest seat available. I also received a vanity with a cracked back panel so be sure to check everything. Unfortunately, I will be calling someone else in to correct the problems with this job as the contractor has already attempted to correct the problems and was unable to do so. As with any project ensure everything is in writing and do not pay until you are satisfied, but realize that some deficiencies may not show up until you use your new room. Ensure that there are guarantees in place to protect you.
