But, then kept on delaying projects for various reasons, and did not follow through on any of the projects. Failed to finish all 3 projects, leaving the sites of work FOR ALL THE PROJECTS in a mess. The contractor has not responded to phone messages on cell-phone, has the land-line disconnected, and not responded to e-mail either. The person was intimading when approached about the unfinished work. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRATOR FOR ANY WORK AT ALL. HE IS TOTALLY DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, AND A CONFIDENCE TRCKSTER.
