Kim Darwazeh built our home but did not overlap the flashing or build any ventilation under the house. When the siding started to fall off, we discovered rotten floor joists and rotten stem walls. I asked Kim if he would be willing to come take a look at these major structural issues and his response was, āIām not interested.ā I highly recommend NOT using this builder.
