David and his son Shane are shysters. What they do can't be called construction. Every job they've done has to be redone by a qualified person at the homeowners expense. You can check records in Cayuga County NYS for the amount of times he has been sued and judgments against him. When you do win a judgment don't even think collecting you'll never get paid. If you question what he doing he'll start yelling and threaten to walk off the job which is what I should have let him done. Dave and his son took advantage of an elderly couple in their 80's on a siding job. When the old man asked David why he was stapling the Tyvek on in pieces and covering up rotted wood David got mad and said "You've been on ass from day one" David picked up his tools and left with the couples $5.,000 which they never got back. Avoid Them, Avoid Them ,Avoid Them. I've had personal experience with these Shysters The picture of himself he uses on his website is all of 30 years old. http://davenconstruct.tripod.com/id1.html If you do hire him I guarantee you will regret it just like I do. He has reputation as a Shyster but unfortunately I didn't hear about it until it was to late. Don't make the same mistake!
