Very disappointed. Would not hire David Schaefer again for any project. He would go weeks without replying to emails. When I asked about revisions to project because his measurements on rough draft were wrong, he added a 300.00 fee over the initial fixed price. When I did receive my blueprints in the mail they could not be used because they were incorrect. He offered to redline them and said he was not my indentured servant. He did sent an apology email for being unprofessional.
