Dave is the worst contractor we have ever dealt with.
His carpenter did shotty work and always cut corners.
Dave rarely came by the job and when he did it was for max 10 minutes and he never checked on the quality or completeness of the work.
He promised to meet a deadline which was missed.
Overall we found out he is an alcoholic which explains a lot.
Never hire him!
