I found Mr. Zook to be honest. He looks you in the eye as he speaks with you and had a good strong hand shake..Two very important qualities I look for. He met with me on two occasions. One to look at the job which was an emergency situation the second time was to tell me costs involved and his plans for constructing and rebuilding the structure safely. Prior to starting the job he came and secured the area so I didn't have to worry about the current top crashing down and causing me more expense. I am so grateful to have had him do this job. He gave me date he would be here to start job and was here on that day. He worked in the snow rain and sleet today to repair and make safe my well pit covering that was about to cave in. He started at 7 am and finished project at 4 pm. I would highly recommend Mr. Zook. I have projects in the spring that I would like to hire him to do. He is a man of his word. He was fair with the amt he quoted and the job was done right. I am so pleased with the well covering. Thank you so much Mr. Zook for coming to my rescue. Barbara Johnson
