David is the most reliable contractor I have had a pleasure of working with. His crew is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. David completed the painting of interior and exterior of my house 1 week prior to the deadline, which my wife was very happy about. Do you know how most contractors give you a low quote just to get a job and then all those other expenses arise and you end up paying double or triple of what the original quote was? David told us from the start, this is the price for the job. The price is not going to change unless you add extra work. He was very honest from the beginning and the original quote was exactly what we ended up paying for the job, very refreshing. If you are looking for a contractor with integrity, the contractor who is honest, detail oriented and who takes pride in his work, you have to hire David. He's more pricey than others, but his quote is what you pay, he does extraordinary work, is very pleasant and accommodations and cleans up after himself. He left the house spotless! What a pleasure to work with you David, thank you!
