The experience was not good. Albanese Constuction Co, was under EXCLUSIVE contract to our company as a contractor to build homes in Lincoln City until December of 2023 when we terminated his contract due to his and his company's conduct.
As can be seeen from the permits he took out above, he violated the contract repeatedly.
Durning that time he took various other jobs at various locations arround oregon causing significant delays in the completions of our projects and adding incredibly to the cost of construction. We do not reccomend him for any project.
