    Recently I closed on a home built by the Woodford group. Our experience with the builder was far from professional. He was dishonest with us, so was his team. The products he used on the home, which we purchased for $800k was extremely cheap and of poor quality for the price point of the home. We expected to receive a high-quality product based on the comparable in the neighborhood and other homes we saw that were built by this builder. Instead we received the cheapest products available to him. We were provided, in writing, the serial numbers/brands/models of appliances that would be placed in the home. These items were not placed in the home, we were not given notice in writing of the change in quality and brand. Instead when we researched the items in the home we found a significant decrease in quality from what we were informed would be placed in the home.
