Dave put a 2nd story on our old house. There were obstacles, challenges, weather issues. Dave was always accommodating, we felt trust with he and his crew. He was always on time, always here when he said he'd be here. We have a beautiful master suite and additional bedroom now. People who saw our house before could not believe the transformation. We continue to seek Dave's expert advise and quality workmanship on other areas throughout our home .

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
Builder is highly unethical. Verbal agreements reached on a house, then DAVID KRESS accepted a separate offer after our counter offer was already accepted. Would not recommend doing business with this unprofessional.
