    Had a wet area and was confused. It was new and seemed to come from nowhere. He fixed the pipe and

    I had talked to him before with questions, and he was very helpful and informative. He talked me through a simple solution and didn’t charge me.

    Then, later, I had a more urgent, larger problem that I needed help with. Because how he conducted himself earlier, I knew we were in good hands. He came out after hours, took care of everything, was reassuring, and was very fair.

    I couldn’t be happier. Very knowledgeable, honest, thoughtful, and fair.

    David does not carry out his promises, disappeared in the middle of the project, and takes no responsibility for his own actions. He blamed his subs, when in fact his subs were easy to deal with and responsive when we contacted them ourselves. His words when we tried to get him to finish the project "it's on you to get the stucco repaired". Do not use this contractor unless you have unlimited time - he promised 3-5 wks for our project, it took 12 and us taking over, and unless you are prepared to be lied to and presented with lots of excuses. Absolutely don't sign a contract without a timeline and very clear instructions - have it reviewed for accuracy and accountability.
