Shane said he knew how to jack up a roof. Charged me to barely raise it maybe 2 inches. Jacked up the price he quoted me. I found another contractor who had to redo Shane's work. Jacked my roof up so that it now straight, replaced decking, put down metal roofing all for less than Shane quoted me.
