Overall poor work and accountability, worse communication. We were passed on hourly fees of employees and charged for their work including four cigarette breaks an hour. When mentioning this we were lectured on how hard or is to own a business and on employment laws. We had the same experience as the other review and assumed it was just us since we were blamed for any misunderstandings and were not given a chance to get a word in. Our experience was back in 2021/2022. Not a great listener, lots of talk about himself, no accountability, blamed us, bought scaffolding for his company with what was supposed to be insurance money for damage that was done. The damage was not caused by this company but it was water damage due to poor flashing. Although they were hired for repairs it is leaking again, we were told at the time he had his best framing crew in the issue only to find out the person he was referring to was recently hired and let go soon after. Again we thought it was us, but after hiring a different contractor for other work we realized how bad our experience truly was, and it seemed they agreed with the poor workmanship. It was a waste of money we won’t recoup, hopefully others don’t make the same mistake.
