    Brady from Dawkins Construction was a great find. He remodeled our whole house starting with the kitchen and 4 bathrooms, flooring throughout. I will them hire for my next remodel.

    I got Brady to my home on Saturday, he was on time, showed him the master shower i wanted waterproofed and tiled. Brady said he would give me an estimate on Wednesday...surprise! no estimate..called him and left a MSG on Thursday, he called back and told me sorry he got busy...seems a reoccurring theme...and he would get the quote out by Friday...surprise!...no quote, no call...texted him on Saturday with my email and asked if he had the right one, response was thank you...really? no apology?just thank you? Monday evening now...still nothing, texted him with the frustration and anger apparent after being lied to 3 times, very unprofessional...his response? " with your text i dont know who would like to work with you" wow really its now my fault that Brady lied, mislead and plain didnt think a simple text from him was warranted? then he went on tell me he had sent it and to check spam...I had been doing that since Friday expecting a quote...im glad I didnt hire him to find out he was just to busy to do the work, but like the movie the money pit, the contractor there like Brady, quick give me a check for 2000.00 dollars before i change my mind...
