Hired Dax to install flooring in my Bedroom and the full basement. After he removed the carpet we found a leveling issue with the floor and decided not to move forward. It was one excuse after another to receive the money back for the flooring. I paid him his labor to remove the carpet. I paid him 5900 to install the flooring he came with one box of the flooring and then said the rest was on back order, then it was he had to wait for floor and decor to refund him. He then made small payments to me to pay back some of the money. He still owes me 1500.00. I offered another job to him to work this off and again excuse after excuse now won't even return my messages. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Dax have no idea what his issue is.
