    Completely gut and remodel
    $100,000

    One of the most difficult struggles in any gut-&-remodel project is to find a contractor who has the owner's needs and future concerns as a motivating factor. This problem is amplified by time and distance. What was the greatest source of comfort and assurance has been the security of knowing that Dave (DBI Builders) was concerned that the new owners, some 2000 miles away, would have their preferences and future needs as his central motivating factor. We have been so pleased, that our tastes and likes were a driving factor in the contractor's remodel work, and with all the hassles and aggravations of multiple sub contractors and large appliance deliveries / schedules, Dave had a wonderful spirit of cooperation and commitment to us, even though we were out of town to oversee every step. We are grateful for the quality, the cost, the personal service. Pics forth-coming.

    Open floor plan remodel

    I will share, recommend and commend all the work Dave did for our remodel! From day one, he saw our vision and brought it to life! We opened our entire floor plan, with demo of several walls, demolished the entire outdated kitchen and drop ceiling, took out a large window and made it a sliding glass door, turned an 8ft gliding glass door to a 6ft door, took down popcorn ceilings, added knockdown texture, installed new flooring throughout, installed a brand new kitchen with alliances that were moved, coffee/wine bar, added in baseboards and crown, and a new kitchen window, along with a new front door and side light, in addition to new ceiling fans, can lights, and pendant lights. Dave remained professional, brought in professional subcontractors, stayed on top of the jobs being done, and made sure everything was kept clean throughout as we lived in two smaller bedrooms during the process. The house is beautiful and I am so excited to share these pictures and recommend Dave to anyone needing remodeling.
