The contractor works excellent with new customers and gives you excellent pricing quote. He works on-time and schedule provided at the time of quote with no major issue. He is technically competent for the job of patio and screens.
The bad part is : any support, questions after the job and payment is done. No phone call return after calling him 20 times..!!! Absolutely horrible. It is like you are completely forgotten after his work is over with you. Please beware before making final payment. Lot of concerete work requires review after 2-3 weeks, in this case it doesn't happen. Whatever problem you have, you will leave with it.
