I have reported this contractor before but now we are seeing the results of his negligence and inability to correctly complete a project. Edgar and his team were hired to remove a fiberglass shower and replace it with tile. After 3 months of using the shower we have linoleum bubbling up around the shower and it has leaked downstairs through the drywall. We had a plumber come to give an estimate on repairs and he said the pan was probably not installed correctly and everything would need to be torn out down to the studs. Edgar’s license was suspended for a short time about a month ago but it is active now. This guy will agree to do any job whether he knows how to or not. He needs to be stopped.
