We live in one of the apartments, that they "remodeled". They are part of D& D Realty. It is in the PNC bank building in WB, Pa. They did not put insulation in the outside walls or around the windows. You can feel the cold air in the winter. We had to put plastic over our windows, and use space heaters. The construction work is horrible. Do not let this company in your house!
