June 16, 2014 Called Dean Chikami of Custom Landscaping, lic. 644702 for follow up previous backyard service in 2004 consisting of sodding, sprinkler install, pots and plants, costs over $3400. Took 3 days to reach Mr. Chikami, Finally answered "I don't know why you keep calling me." "I don't want to work for you". He then slammed the phone down without giving me a chance to speak. Mr. Chikami apparently has held an anger issue for over 10 years with no explanation. Never had ANYONE so rude and can only suggest he get mental help to stop suffering as if he were a sullen tempered pharaoh.
