This builder took advantage of our elderly father. Always pushed off, zero communication, the price skyrocketed because the job was 2 YEARS delayed due to the builder not doing accomplishing what he committed to. Many enormous mistakes, including reducing a room size by approximately 100 square feet without communication. The best things about the new home our father self contracted. Very disappointed in this builder that came highly recommended.
