  I have used Deese's tree service twice. Once in 2018 to shape three very large trees in my back yard that we're starting to hang over my house again. I used them just recently in 2019 when I tried to take down a 25-30 ft. tall tree myself and got into a bind. I had limbed the tree and started cutting pieces off of it when it started falling over when I leaned the ladder against it. I didn't know at the time that the whole tree was dead from a fungus and the roots were no longer holding it in the ground.

  Of course this happens on a very windy day so I now have a 25-30 ft. tall tree that can topple at any time. Needless to say I was quite scared of what damage it was going to cause when it finally decides to fall over on its own. The way it was leaning it was definitely going to take out the fence between me and my neighbor along with their shed on the other side of it and possibly hit their house taking out some windows more then likely.

  I was able to call Joe (the owner/operator of Deese's tree service) at 4:45 pm and he said he was on his way home but would stop by within 15 minutes. Joe stopped by and took a look around and said he will have it down within 30 minutes. He was able to tie the falling tree to the one next to it, climb up it and take it down in sections. Needless to say Joe bailed me out big time. The nice part about Joe was he didn't even try to gouge me for an emergency call out or even discuss price until the tree was down and everything was safe.

  Having used Deese's tree service prior I knew him to be an honest and reliable guy and this just reinforced that. Joe is out to make a living but he's not out to rake you over the coals when given the opportunity. I will definitely being using Deese's tree service for all my tree needs going forward. I love surrounding myself with honest and ethical people and Joe definitely falls into both categories.

  On a side note please don't be scared off by Joe's phone number. He has a 541 area code which is for Oregon I think. Joe came to California to start his business and it took off before he had a chance to change it. Now that a lot of people know the existing number it's kind of hard to change it. Joe has almost 20 years of tree service under his belt and he is very knowledgeable. Give him and his crew a call you will be happy you did.

  This crew was on time, efficient, and clean. I would recommend them to anyone.
