I had D&Sons build a small storage facility for me, in Lapeer County. They were slow in finishing the project and quality was fair at best. I would recommend only if they took out a larger bond, on any project.

Hired for the remodeling and expansion of a business into the rest of the commercial building. Estimated time frame to completion was 4 months. They took 8 months. This effected the running of the business to a great degree and resulted in lost revenue. The job was fair at best, and much was done poorly. Not much is uniform as corners were cut to speed up the end time. They did not come back to correct issues in a punch-out list. Going over budget, with many of the issues not being authorized with change orders, there was no ability to pay them more from the over-extended loan. Mediation was needed to resolve the issue.
