By far the worst contractor I've ever encountered. He took my money in advance and after 3 months of doing practically nothing, he went MIA on me completely. My house is about 1/4 done, the dry wall is not completed yet and he has 2/3 of my money. Big life lesson here. Do not pay your contractor until the job is complete. Make sure to have someone smart review your contractor. Specify when the house must be completed by and write in a penalty if it goes on beyond a certain date. Make sure the contract is as detailed as possible. My experience with Hakan has been a complete nightmare. I'm suing him right now. contact me if you need more info. I know he's probably scamming others off also. [email protected]
