Sotir Associates is still working with me to close out this permit. It was to change a C/O from a warehouse to a mechanic shop. Hany, the architect is very knowledgeable and was able to have the building classified under the old building code, which saved us a lot of money and time. We ultimately did not have to sprinkler the building. That being said, they do tend to get backed up and some parts of the process took much longer than they should have.
