last week around 7th or 8th of February/2013 we have made appointment for 2/12/13 and they called me on that day to re-schedule the appointment with no valid reason and changed the appointment to 2/14/13. they have told me they will call one day before the appointment date to confirm the appointment then again 2 hours window period then 30 min before the appointment when the contract on his way our home to check AC/Heater Unit.
so, i called about 3/4 before the appointment asked if we are still on scheduled since i haven't received the call from Denali Services yet. the lady named Kari (claimed to be the General Manger and claimed to be the phone operator and claimed to be the only person who operates the company) said we are still on schedule. I have requested if i can get earlier schedule since i took off from work today just want to keep the appointment and make sure they come in, the lady named Kari told me - "ok i will let the contractor know about your request". i asked- "when will i know if the contractor can come in early or not? because i can't wait another 3/4 hours assuming the contract can make it earlier schedule?" - the lady got freaked out and telling me she doesn't know. i was like - so, the answer will be NO, the contractor won't be able to make it a earlier schedule. She hanged up on me. i called her again and asked for her mng - she claimed to be the General Manger and replied me - "Sir i don't know i don't know whats your problem, i don't whats your issue (since i was mad and i had an angry tone knowing after waiting 1 week i will have to cancel the appointment due to POOR customer service), she asked if i wanna cancel my appointment?". i hanged up saying YES i m going to write complain and call my insurance company to make complaint about them.
the lady named Kari is supper rude person who doesn't have any customer service skill.
