I don't even know where to begin, so I'll give you the condensed version: We hired Dennis Paul Plaster ("Paul") #768806 to install a drip irrigation system in our front and backyard. It was an unmitigated disaster. Unbelievable. It seemed that he was in completely over his head and would not admit it. We consistently brought problems to his attention (dying plants, flooded areas, dry areas...etc) and he would often not respond, or he often wouldn't show up when he did respond. On the occasions that he did show up, he rarely could fix the problem without causing others. It was only after complaining to the State Contractors Board and threatening legal action for us to get a fraction of our money back from him. We settled for that in order to move on with our lives, but talk about a lesson learned! So glad this nightmare is behind us.

My experience with Paul was the best I've seen in the buisness. Everything from the river rock he transported to the bar he built in my home. The bar was cemented and bonded to rock of that day. From what I can remember Paul had a great work ethic and completed the work I paid him for on time.
