  Rplaced rotton wood around the house, replaced faucet system, repaired stairs, many odd jobs

  Dennis's quality of work is amazing. There was a quite a bit of rotten wood underneath four bay windows (25 years old) and he replaced them with PVC materials which will last a lifetime. He also ddi incredible work with our two sets of glass bookshelves. He is amazingly resourceful and creative with solutions. He s the MAN. And very reasonable too.

  Dennis recently remodeled my 40+ year-old kitchen into the kitchen of my dreams! He was extremely patient with me through the design process of picking cabinets, countertops, etc. He was very thorough in obtaining the necessary building permits and inspections. And very professional in dealing with unexpected setbacks like exposed pipes, termite infestation, and flooring changes! He was diligent in working by himself when required but also worked well with the subcontracting electricians, plumbers, etc. Also a very trustworthy and personable gentleman who I enjoyed talking to each day. I have some more projects for him and would highly recommend his work to others!

  Dennis did several home improvement jobs in our house. He put all new doors and trim on our bedrooms and bathrooms, a new hardwood floor in our foyer and a beautiful new closet in our bedroom. He designed one of those space saver closests with shelves and racks and shoe holders. We left the design of the closet up to him and it turned out great - we were thrilled with it and with the quality of his work. Very dependable and I can tell he does the kind of work on your house that he would do on his own house! I have already recommended him to several friends/relatives who have used him.

  We have used Dennis on many remolding projects in our home. Just recently he completed Crown Molding in our L/R and B/Rs. He has completed our bathroom remodeling and has put down flooring in our foyer. He is very dependable, will answer any questions we have and offering suggestions. Being senior citizens it is nice to know that we still have very trustworthy contractors willing to do the job you want and also will suggest different options that you might not know about that can be done. We feel very fortunate to have such a great contractor and caring person to help with out remodeling projects.
