This guy is unprofessional. Do not use him he is independently owned and opereated. He came to our home to install the AC motor part that had to be ordered and he stated he could not install the motor cause it was too hot in the attic. Well no joke it is hot in the attic as the AC is out and you are a AC technician who was hired to fix it. He was hired through our home warranty. Do not allow this man in your home to service your AC. He is rude and unpleasant, smells like he just smoked a carton of cigarettes and should not be in this line of business. We have been at his mercy and without AC for a week now in the south texas heat. He has not contacted me back to state when he will be back to install the motor. Do not waste your money on this guy.

Dennis Davis is the sole owner and operator of Denny's AC. We had the displeasure of coming in contact with Dennis when American Home Shield sent him to our home as a HVAC service provider. He is a grumpy and rude man. Called him out b/c AC was having difficulty kicking on. He did not solve the issue and our AC went out completely...in the South Texas summer a week later. AHS sent Dennis out again aid he said needed a new compressor. After waiting 3 weeks (yes, it was 100+ degrees outside!) for the part, Denny came out again to install. Mind you, he proceeded to smoke a cigar while at my home working! He finished, came in to collect his $ at which time I told him it's not working properly, the AC was BLOWING HOT AIR. His response was, "nah, it's fine." and he left. Well, it wasn't fine. I texted him multiple times after he left to again notify him it was not working and he never responded.
We ended up calling out another provider, 1604 Air & Heat, who recommended replacement of our condenser unit. The 1604 rep was puzzled why Dennis bothered installing a compressor in such an old unit. Any competent provider should have recommended replacement.
Folks, do not waste your time or money with Denny's AC. He is rude and incompetent. My guess is that he takes AHS warranty jobs because he can't get any work on his own.

We thought that Denny was fabulous. We would recommend him highly. He knew as soon as we described the problem that a transformer in the ac in our attic needed to be replaced. By the way, our attic is vented. He is a kind gentleman.
