We did not work directly with "Roman s. mardarewich architect" company/individual as per your email but with another contractor who I believe outsourced the drawings to that architect company. I do not think that I can give a reliable opinion with their service as I was not directly involved with communications and/or negotiations with that architect company. All I can say though is that we got our permit in about 3 months since we began this project with the contractor and if the contractor was able to pull it off in that short time then this architect company must be experts in their field.
