My experience was heinous! The one star is being generous, he needs to receive negative stars. He talked a good game but then didn't follow through, nor does he possess any skills in this field. He left mid-project then we had a leak, the plumber opened up the wall to find he had the pipes supported by a pop-tart box. I filed a complaint but got no where. He kept telling us he was a Christian but then bilked us out of our money and never completed the job. We were left with a mess and lost tens of thousands of dollars in product that we purchased and he installed incorrectly. I wouldn't recommend this man to my worst enemy. This is my personal opinion but one you should listen to, run run run as fast as you can and seek out someone else. His license should be revoked if it isn't already. He claims to offer a warranty but won't make good on it. Buyer beware!

Know remodeling was hired to do some chimney work. Derick Knox lacked the knowledge to do the job and caused $2500 in damages. He refused to fix the problem or refund me my deposit. I tried working with HomeAdvisor and doing mediation but he refused to participate. Finally took him to court and won but he has not paid the restitution.

Derick agreed to perform work that he was paid for and abandoned the project over a year ago. My back deck rook remains unfinished. All attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. I would not recommend him.

initially he was prompt and did good work but the work did not stand up and within a year the paint is peeling, window leaking and carpentry is not good. We have had many issues trying to get him back to repair the items but he has been unresponsive. I would not recommend
