    Build my house and remodel existing building

    I have had major issues with Travis's quality of work. Plumbing issues, replaced kitchen and bath counters, meddling carpentry, and now my roof needs a partial redo. My house is four years old. His landscaper planted my street trees ($9,000) too deep and they died. Yes he has offered to have his people come back and 'fix' these issues but I just don't trust him. If you want a log cabin hire him. If you want a custom midcentury modern house do not. Unfortunately for him I have been a carpenter and involved with contruction and building my whold life. I know what quality work is. Buy be ware.

    I have checked this contractor out thoroughly as a prospective employer. Their license is good. There are no legal or administrative actions on record. They have good reviews.

    I carefully vet every prospective employer before I interview with them. Your service is just one of many sources I use in addition to physically looking at the
    work they are doing and speaking with local contacts in the industry.
    Your service has given high ratings to contractors who I have found to be licensed for only a few years and/or are being sued, performing mostly unpermitted substandard work, etc.
